Appearance: Pours straw gold with a huge, dense head and some initial swirling effervescence. Good lacing.

Aroma: Hay, cloves, and citrus. Quite a big yeast smell, too.

Flavor: Very spicy and barnyardy, with a slightly bitter aftertaste. Creamy yet spritzy.

Notes: Good.
