Background: Bottle from Mike’s. Yes, it is named after the Iron Chef guy; he had a hand in its making.
Appearance: Pours orangish-amber with a small white head and little effervescence.
Aroma: Smells like a nutty lager.
Flavor: Starts off good and nutty, with a great-tasting maltiness, but finishes on what can only be the soba. And I apparently don’t like soba. Different, but not too good.
Notes: Light and refreshing.

wait...that's the same size head as the last one, which was called "perfect-sized"...my notes are wrong, apparently
