Appearance: Pours gold with a large white head and creeping effervescence.
Aroma: Very strong citrus and coriander, with yeast and ginger in the background. There’s also some strong English muffin bread and pound cake.
Flavor: Starts off good and yeasty, but soon develops into strong bitter orange peel. There’s ginger in the middle, too, but it’s harsher than that in the aroma. The finish is dry and spicy.
Notes: Excellent aroma, overpowering flavor.
