Aroma: Dominated by banana, with a hint of cloves. Exactly how a Hefeweizen should smell.
Flavor: Big banana flavor backed by bread and a touch of honey. There’s a slight off-flavor near the end that I can’t identify, but it doesn’t taste like old age.
