Appearance: Pours very dark brown with a two-finger, quickly dissipating head.
Aroma: Very nutty, with a rich chocolate and caramel sweetness.
Flavor: Begins like the aroma, only weaker, but finishes strong and with a hint of smoke.
Notes: Pretty boring, but above-average--I don't know about chosen.
