Background: Bottle from the store.

Appearance: Pours honey-gold with a huge head that keeps growing long after you stop pouring.

Aroma: Hay, grass, bread, and yeast. Some alcohol and pepper.

Flavor: Very mellow for a Tripel. Yeasty and phenolic, with a light hop aftertaste and a little alcohol warming.

Notes: Good, but there's better.
