Ah, the first beer from that Winchester brewpub. I took my first sip with low expectations.
Was served in a shaker glass with a slice of orange. I removed the orange posthaste. Hazy gold with about two millimeters of head. The aroma smelled faintly of banana, enough to convince me that they were actually trying to make a Hefeweizen. The only other aroma came from the orange. The flavor was virtually nonexistent. Very light banana came through, as did a slightly stronger wheat character. If I hadn't had such low expectations I'd call this a disappointment.
