Appearance: Dark brown with a mid-sized, quickly-dissipating head.

Aroma: Plum, fig, candi sugars, dark chocolate.

Flavor: Matches the aroma, with dominance by the candi sugar. No alcohol flavor.

Notes: Very smooth, almost a dubbel. Still, a step down from the other Trappist strong ales.
